Echo is a content publishing platform that allows users to create, edit, and share written articles. The Service provides rich text editing capabilities, media upload functionality, post management tools, and customization features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

By subscribing to a Premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period through our payment processor, Atlos (atlos.io). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Payment processing is subject to Atlos's terms of service and privacy policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier with associated limitations.
You retain all ownership rights to content you create and publish on the Service. By publishing content, you grant Echo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may terminate or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our content policies without prior notice.
